It seems you've been to Nigeria before and obviously lived up north. I've never been up there myself but hope to rectify that soon when I go to Nigeria next month for my book tour.
I haven't lost hope. Being published by Christian publishers is great but it would be even greater if they published stuff that could be distributed even more widely. Cue not necessarily Jesusy books by Christians. But I'm not going to rant anymore. Never did solve anything.
It would be great to read your stuff. Can you point me towards anything?
